If you are an established antique dealer or an incurable collector with a passion that exceeds your storage space, we invite you to join our community of dealers at the Cowley New & Used Book Cafe and Antique Mall!

Renting booth space at our mall is affordable, fun, and a great way to earn extra income from your overstock of antiques. If you’re new to the business, we would love to help you get started!

We offer booth space for a low monthly rent of $1.65 per square foot, with only 5% commission. We do not charge anything for electricity. Limited space is currently available on our main floor, and we will soon be opening up the lower floor as well. All lease agreements are on a month-to-month basis. Payment is due on the first, and no later than the tenth. Vendor checks (for sales) are available by the tenth.

Dealers stock, price, display & manage their inventory. We take care of the sales, tax collection and payment, and dealer payouts once a month. We provide a clean and inviting environment that is ADA accessible.

Our system is accessible online at any time so that you can see in real-time what has sold, and your projected monthly payout.
